Since 2004 I have been involved in the field of exercise and nutrition consulting. I have evolved from a mostly sport-oriented focus to a broader, more health- and wellness-oriented practice.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I believe we all deserve the opportunity to optimize our health and performance outcomes by means of taking professional advice, so we enjoy the results of well-designed, personalized and science-based programs. When in need for recovery, as well as, when aiming to optimize results and go from good to great, having professionals providing their input is a way to avoid unnecessary pitfalls, learn proper techniques and fundamentals, and expedite clinical, wellness and performance outcomes.

HOW I DO IT
I consider myself a perpetual learner and - for some reason - I have been gifted with a deep passion and curiosity. I have been fortunate to find my way to work in one of the fields I am passionate about: Exercise, nutrition, health and wellness. Ok, ok… but the question still is How do I do what I do?
By unleashing my insatiable thirst for knowledge, techniques, method, applied technologies, and anything you can think of that might bring better practice, results and improved health and performance outcomes. I just love doing this. So I read, watch, study, practice, experiment, share, learn, ask questions, keep myself updated, never settle for a given level of professionalism, pursue continuous growth, evolution, and newer levels of excellence.
I curate, deconstruct, and study different diets, supplements, exercise programs, equipments, techniques, content, etc. and implement them selectively into personalized programs for my clients.
